House & Office Cleaning in Tucker, GA
Family houses on quiet streets, offices and flex space around Northlake. Same crew every visit, both sides.
Family houses, and a lot of them
Tucker is a settled residential community with a revitalised Main Street at its centre and a housing stock that runs mostly from the 1960s through the 1990s — ranches, split-levels and two-storey family homes on generous, wooded lots.
It is one of the most straightforward places we work, and the jobs reflect it: recurring bi-weekly service for working families, with a heavy skew toward whole-house cleans rather than the partial scopes we see intown.
Two things come up here more than elsewhere. Wooded lots mean a serious pollen season and a lot of tracked-in debris in spring and autumn. And a great many Tucker homes have a finished basement, which is real additional living space and needs to be in the quote rather than discovered on the day.
What house cleaning costs in Tucker
- 3 bedroom / 2 bath, bi-weekly — $152–$186 per visit
- 4 bedroom / 3 bath, bi-weekly — $203–$248 per visit
- 5 bedroom / 4 bath, bi-weekly — $258–$314 per visit
- 4 bedroom / 3 bath, weekly — $191–$233 per visit
A first-time deep clean is required before recurring service starts — $378–$460 on a 4 bedroom. On a house that has been lived in by the same family for fifteen years, that visit resets the things routine cleaning never reaches: vent covers, baseboards, inside cabinets, behind appliances and grout.
Move in/out on an empty 4 bedroom is $443–$539.
Offices and flex space around Northlake
Tucker’s commercial base sits along the Northlake corridor and the business parks off Lawrenceville Highway and Mountain Industrial — office suites, medical and dental practices, and a good deal of flex and warehouse space.
- 3,000 sq ft office, 2 restrooms, weekly — $451–$549 per month
- 3,000 sq ft office, 2 restrooms, nightly — $1,658–$2,018 per month
- 2,500 sq ft medical or dental, nightly — $2,234–$2,720 per month
- 20,000 sq ft warehouse, weekly — $1,583–$1,928 per month
Warehouse space costs far less per square foot than office because cost follows fixtures and people, not floor area — a 20,000 sq ft warehouse might have two restrooms and a breakroom. Anyone quoting warehouse space at office rates has either misread the building or is hoping you have not compared. See warehouse cleaning or office cleaning.

Tucker questions we get asked
Pollen season is brutal on my porch and windows. Is that included?
Interior window sills and tracks, yes. Covered porches as part of a standard clean, yes. After a heavy pollen stretch a large porch is closer to a deep clean than a standard one, and we will tell you that before starting rather than after.
Do you count my finished basement?
Yes, if it is finished living space. It is effectively another floor. Tell us at booking — it is the most common reason a Tucker quote gets revised, and we would rather get it right on the phone.
Can you clean our office and our house?
Often, and it happens a lot here because so many Tucker residents work in the Northlake corridor. They are billed separately but scheduled together where that helps.
Our office is only in three days a week now. Do we need nightly?
Probably not. Restrooms and breakrooms drive most of the work and those track occupancy, not square footage. Three nights for a three-day office is usually right and saves a lot over a default five-night contract.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes, same day. Most property managers in the Northlake business parks require one before a vendor starts work.
