Downtown is Atlanta’s central business district — office towers, hotels, government buildings, and a growing residential population in converted lofts and newer condo towers.

The cleaning is not the hard part here. Getting a crew into the building is. Every tower has its own combination of after-hours access, security sign-in, badge or escort requirements, freight elevator hours, loading dock scheduling and vendor insurance minimums. A cleaning company that treats a downtown tower like a suburban office park will waste your first two visits learning that.

We handle vendor onboarding as part of setup: certificate of insurance to your property manager, crew details for the access list, and the same people assigned to your building every visit so security is not approving new names each month.

Most downtown floors are part-floor or single-floor tenancies rather than whole towers, and a lot of them are running three or four days a week since hybrid working settled in. Restrooms and breakrooms drive the workload and those follow headcount, not square footage — so if you are paying for five nights in a four-day office, we will tell you. It costs us revenue and it keeps the contract.

Lofts and condos

Downtown’s residential stock splits between converted warehouse and commercial lofts — exposed brick, concrete floors, high ceilings, big industrial windows — and modern condo towers.

Lofts are their own thing. Concrete floors show every mark and take a different approach from tile or hardwood. Exposed brick and ductwork hold dust that nobody reaches without a ladder. Those tall windows are wonderful and are a genuine job in their own right.

Insured, bonded, background checked

Every cleaner is background checked and we carry full insurance and bonding. Certificates of insurance go to your property manager or HOA the same day — downtown, that is usually the gate between signing and starting.
