My building requires a certificate of insurance before any vendor comes up. Can you provide one?
Yes, usually the same day, made out to your HOA or management company. It is the single most common requirement in Midtown high-rises and we deal with it constantly.
Where will your crew park?
Whatever your building allows — visitor deck, a reserved space, or the loading dock. Tell us the arrangement when you book. Parking is the number one cause of a late start in Midtown, and it is entirely avoidable.
Do I need to reserve the service elevator?
For a routine clean, usually not — we are carrying supplies, not furniture. For a move in/out clean, often yes. We will tell you which applies when you book.
Is a condo cheaper than a house?
Only if it has fewer rooms. We price on bedrooms and bathrooms, so a 2 bedroom condo and a 2 bedroom house are the same. Condos usually do have fewer rooms, which is why the number often comes out lower.
Can you come while I am at work?
